Starting a yoga practice is a big step! We know you're doing it for all the right reasons, you're doing it for YOU!
We love new students! If you're going to start somewhere, start your journey with US.
Here is what you need to know:
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class
Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in
Bring a mat if you have one (we have loaners if you don't)
Bring a water bottle and a towel
Set up in the middle or back of the room so you can see what is happening in front of you
Choose to do your best
There are several classes you can try, check out our class descriptions. If you still have questions give us a call or email. Try every style, see which one feels best in your body. We have amazing instructors! Try them all. There is a yoga teacher out there for everyone.
