Vinyasa is a breath based practice.  In Vinyasa we link breath with movement to create heat and energy throughout the body and mind.  When we consciously move our bodies with breath there is no longer room for thoughts; only focused movements, becoming a moving meditation.  A place for you to feel and grow in ways you never knew possible.
